If 經營活動之現金流量 is negative, there may be problem in its core business. I prefer not investing in such stock, especially the negative cash flow in operations sustained for more than a year.

I now focus at investing HK-listed stock. Therefore, I do not have any viewpoint to other market.
It seems that some banks and local securities house offer trading of Taiwan stock. Sorry that I don't have much information about this.

The appreciation or depreciation to its current value of 招商局中國基金(133) or ETFs depends on
- Marketability of this stock (133)
- Marketability of the stocks held by this stock (133)
The better these factors, the less depreciation happens. For 133, the marketability of both factors are not good.
